Competent Authorities for Biocidal Products:
Mission
To assist the Commission in the preparation of legislation, in policy definition and in the implementation of Regulation (EU) No 528/2012 on the making available on the market and use of biocidal products. Representatives of Member States, industry and NGO's are invited to participate.
Task
• Assist the Commission in the preparation of delegated acts
• Assist the Commission in the preparation of legislative proposals and policy initiatives
• Coordinate with Member States, exchange of views
