Fair labour mobility package
The initiative will help make the single market more competitive and fair, benefiting individuals and workers on the move, companies and public authorities. It will:
- modernise, simplify and digitalise social security coordination and labour mobility
- make qualifications and skills more portable to support free movement
- improve enforcement by strengthening the European Labour Authority
- bring legal clarity to EU mobility laws
- boost EU strategic autonomy and ease skills and labour shortages.
