A water resilience research and innovation (R&I) strategy

This strategy aims to address knowledge and innovation gaps to achieve the goals of the water resilience strategy.

It will:

• help channel funding for water-related R&I and scale up existing solutions;
• boost competitiveness and sustainability, by supporting technological advancements in key sectors;
• ensure a source-to-sea approach and address pollution;
• help overcome the fragmentation of the European water R&I landscape.
