Quality Jobs Roadmap

As our industries and economies change shape, the EU Quality Jobs Roadmap will help ensure a just transition for all.

This initiative will:

• support fair wages and working conditions
• ensure high health and safety standards
• provide training and fair job transitions for all.

It will seek to do this by increasing collective bargaining coverage. It will also consider ways to better predict and manage change and pursue the ‘human in control principle’ to manage algorithms at the workplace.
