(1) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/2347 was adopted on 21 November 2025. In Tables 7A and 7B of the Annex, it laid down fees for thirdcountry operators (TCO) authorisation, monitoring and assessment.
(2) However, footnote 2 to Table 7B of the Annex to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/2347, concerning further assessment of TSOs, omits an important reference to point ART.215(c) of Annex 2 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 452/2014. That reference should therefore be inserted to allow the European Union Aviation Safety Agency to recover the full costs of ‘further assessments’, also where such assessments are conducted by the Agency in respect of operators already holding a TCO authorisation, in accordance with Article 126(2) of Regulation (EU) 2018/1139.
(3) The measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the committee established by Article 127(1) of Regulation (EU) 2018/1139,
