FuelEU Maritime Regulation – updating the list of “neighbouring container transhipment ports”
This Implementing Act updates the list of “neighbouring container transhipment ports” under the FuelEU Maritime Regulation.
The original list was published in Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1127 of 6 June 2025.
Article 2(2) of the FuelEU Regulation requires the Commission to establish a list of neighbouring container transhipment ports and also to regularly update this list.
