Endocrine disruptors & persistent & bioaccumulative substances – transfer from related EU legislation to CLP Regulation
Substances already identified under REACH, the Plant Protection Products Regulation or the Biocidal Products Regulation as (i) endocrine disruptors, (ii) persistent, bioaccumulative and toxic substances, or (iii) very persistent and very bioaccumulative substances will be added to the CLP Regulation on the classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures.
This initiative provides further instructions on how to classify and label these substances or mixtures containing them.
This initiative runs in parallel with Chemicals classification & labelling – endocrine disruptors & persistent pollutants.
