European Disability Card and European Parking Card – digital features for the physical versions
The European Disability Card and the European Parking Card were created to facilitate freedom of movement of persons with disabilities in the EU. They facilitate access to services, including parking, in EU countries where persons with disabilities are not a resident.
This initiative sets out the digital features for the physical cards to prevent fraud and ensure security and interoperability.
