European maritime single window environment - specifications for ‘common addressing service’
The EU law establishing a European maritime single window environment (Regulation (EU) 2019/1239) includes provisions on the ‘common addressing service’ (Article 13), a voluntary service for declarants that facilitates reporting by linking up their data system with that of the respective maritime national single window.
This initiative lays down functional and technical specifications and procedures for using this service.
