(1) For the active substance fenpyrazamine, maximum residue levels (‘MRLs’) were set in Annex II to Regulation (EC) No 396/2005.
(2) Commission Regulation (EU) 2019/977, which entered into force on 7 July 2019 amended Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 by establishing the MRLs of fenpyrazamine based on Codex maximum residue limits (‘CXLs’) in or on certain plant commodities. However, those MRLs set out in Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 as amended by Regulation (EU) 2019/977 were superseded by the MRLs set out in Commission Regulation (EU) 2019/90, which, although adopted before Regulation (EU) 2019/977, applies since 13 August 2019. This was due to a clerical error in the sequence of the dates of application of Regulations (EU) 2019/90 and (EU) 2019/977.
(3) Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 should therefore be corrected accordingly.
(4) The measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Standing Committee on Plants, Animals, Food and Feed,
