Bakgrunn

(1) The Estonian language version of Commission Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 (2) contains an error in Article 8(1), first subparagraph as regards the degree of purity that alters the meaning of the provision.
(2) The Estonian language version of Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 should therefore be corrected accordingly. The other language versions are not affected.
(3) The measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Standing Committee on Plants, Animals, Food and Feed delivered prior to the adoption of Commission Regulation (EU) 2025/351 (3),
