Electronic freight transport information (eFTI) platforms – rules on certification
Regulation (EU) 2020/1056 on electronic freight transport information establishes a legal framework that allows economic operators to share with the relevant authorities digital information on the transport within the EU of goods by road, rail, inland waterway and air.
This delegated Regulation provides the rules for certifying that IT platforms used in the eFTI environment comply with the established legal requirements on the provision of eFTI data exchange services.
