Subject: Draft Commission Implementing Decision amending Implementing Decision C(2015) 8005 as regards certain detailed measures for the implementation of the common basic standards on aviation security
The Regulatory Committee for civil aviation security, at its 120th meeting on Wednesday 26 March 2025, will be requested to deliver its formal opinion on the proposal indicated in the subject.
In accordance with Article 18, point (a), of Regulation (EC) No 300/2008 and taking into account that some of the detailed measures amended and/or introduced by this Decision contain sensitive information, those measures are to be regarded as Union classified information within the meaning of Commission Decision (EU, Euratom) 2015/444 .
The Draft Commission Implementing Decision (act + annex), therefore, has not been uploaded in the Comitology Register. Furthermore, in accordance with article 10(4) of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011, the Commission has made available the draft Decision to the European Parliament and the Council for the exercise of their competences and legal prerogatives.
Once adopted, the Commission Implementing Decision will not be published in the Official Journal and will be notified to the Permanent Representation of the Member States for implementation.
