In accordance with Article 18, point (a), of Regulation (EC) No 300/2008 and taking into account that some of the detailed measures amended and/or introduced by the referenced Decision contain sensitive information, those measures are to be regarded as Union classified information within the meaning of Commission Decision (EU, Euratom) 2015/444 .
The Draft Commission Implementing Decision, therefore, has not been uploaded in the Comitology Register.
• Draft Commission Implementing Decision amending Commission Decision C(2015) 8005 of 16 November 2015 as regards clarification, harmonisation and simplification, as well as strengthening of certain specific aviation security measures.
Furthermore, in accordance with article 10(4) of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011, the Commission has made available the draft Decision to the European Parliament and the Council for the exercise of their competences and legal prerogatives.
The Commission Implementing Decision will not be published in the Official Journal and will be notified to the Permanent Representation of the Member States for implementation.
