Vehicle safety – annual update of references to regulatory acts in the annexes to the General Safety Regulation
The references to the regulatory acts listed in the annexes to the General Vehicle Safety Regulation need to be amended to reflect the latest developments. This initiative updates the list to:
- include the latest versions of the UNECE Regulations applicable for vehicle approval in the EU
- add references to the newly adopted UNECE Regulations on snow grip of retreaded tyres, safety belts, emergency lane-keeping, advanced driver distraction warning systems and automated driving systems.
