Industrial batteries – minimum values for electrochemical performance and durability
The Batteries Regulation aims to ensure, among other things, that batteries are durable and of high performance. The Regulation requires the Commission to set minimum levels of electrochemical performance and durability that batteries will need to meet when sold on the EU market.
This initiative aims to set such minimum levels for rechargeable industrial batteries.
