(1) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/403 ( 3 ) establishes model certificates, in the form of animal health certificates, animal health/official certificates and declarations for, among other things, movements between Member States of consignments of certain categories of terrestrial animals and germinal products thereof. Those consignments include those comprising germinal products of certain kept terrestrial animals, and terrestrial animals and hatching eggs, falling within the scope of Commission Delegated Regulations (EU) 2020/686 ( 4 ) and (EU) 2020/688 ( 5 ) respectively. 

(2) Chapters 1 (model ‘BOV-INTRA-X’), 2 (model ‘BOV-INTRA-Y’), 5 (model ‘OV/CAP-INTRA-X’), 6 (model ‘OV/CAPINTRA-Y’), 9 (model ‘CAM-INTRA-X’), 10 (model ‘CAM-INTRA-Y’), 11 (model ‘CER-INTRA-X’) 12 (model ‘CERINTRA-Y’), 13 (model ‘OTHER-UNGULATES-INTRA-X’), 14 (model ‘OTHER-UNGULATES-INTRA-Y’), 58 (model ‘CONFINED-LIVE-INTRA’) and 64 (model ‘WILD-ANIMALS-INTRA’) of Annex I to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/403 set out model animal health certificates for movements between Member States of consignments of certain categories of ungulates susceptible to infection with bluetongue virus (BTV), and infection with epizootic and 101 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/688 by Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2026/795 ( 6 ) concerning BTV and EHDV should be reflected in those model certificates, and they should, therefore, be amended accordingly.

(3) In addition, Chapters 23 (model ‘BOV-SEM-A-INTRA’), 26 (model ‘BOV-OOCYTES-EMB-A-INTRA’), 30 (model ‘OV/CAP-SEM-A-INTRA’), 33 (model ‘OV/CAP-OOCYTES-EMB-A-INTRA) 38 (model’ POR-SEM-A-INTRA’), 40 (model ‘POR-OOCYTES-EMB-A-INTRA’), 45 (model ‘EQUI-SEM-A-INTRA’), 49 (model ‘EQUI-OOCYTES-EMB-AINTRA’) and 65 (model ‘GP-CAM-CER-INTRA) of Annex I to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/403 set out model animal health certificates for movements between Member States of consignments of semen, oocytes and embryos of bovine, ovine and caprine, porcine and equine animals, and animals of the families Camelidae and Cervidae collected or produced after 20 April 2021. For the sake of simplification, those model animal health certificates should be made more concise, and they should also take account of the recent amendments made to Articles 16, 18 and 38 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/686, and Annex II thereto, by Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2026/794 ( 7 ) concerning BTV, EHDV and contagious equine metritis (Taylorella equigenitalis), where relevant. They should, therefore, be amended accordingly. 

(4) Annex I to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/403 should, therefore, be amended accordingly. 

(5) As the amendments made to Delegated Regulations (EU) 2020/686 and (EU) 2020/688 by Delegated Regulations (EU) 2026/794 and (EU) 2026/795 respectively apply from 1 November 2026, this Regulation should also apply from that date. 

(6) The measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Standing Committee on Plants, Animals, Food and Feed,
