(1) The Annex to Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2024/411 (2) does not accurately reflect attributions of four shipping companies nor changes to the IMO numbers of 21 shipping companies recorded in Thetis-MRV before 11 August 2025. To ensure consistency in the format of the data, entries recorded in a manner deviating from the IMO identification scheme should be left blank.
(2) Implementing Decision (EU) 2024/411 should, therefore, be corrected to reflect those reattributions and the corresponding updates to the IMO numbers of the shipping companies,
