Removing expired rules. Cross reference to the end date of their recognition for rules for equivalent third countries
The act to be amended contains the rules on the information to be sent by third countries and control authorities and control bodies which have been recognised for the purposes of equivalence to ensure the supervision of their recognition. The amendment proposes to remove no longer applicable rules relating to control bodies and control authorities and to replace the date of application of the provisions relating to recognised third countries with a cross reference to the expiry date of this recognition in the act establishing the recognition.
