(1) Endo-1,4-beta-xylanase produced by Bacillus subtilis LMG S-27588 was authorised as feed additive (‘feed additive concerned’) by Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1324 (2).

(2) The holder of the authorisation for the feed additive concerned, Puratos, has submitted an application in accordance with Article 13(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1831/2003 proposing to change the name of the holder of the authorisation for the feed additive concerned to ‘EW Nutrition GmbH’.

(3) The proposed change of the terms of the authorisation is purely administrative in nature and does not entail a new assessment of the feed additive concerned. The European Food Safety Authority was informed of the application.

(4) To allow EW Nutrition GmbH to exploit its marketing rights, it is therefore appropriate to change the terms of the authorisation concerned.

(5) Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1324 should therefore be amended accordingly.

(6) Since safety reasons do not require the immediate application of the amendments made by this Implementing Regulation, it is appropriate to allow a transitional period during which existing stocks of the feed additive concerned may be used up.

(7) The measures provided for in this Implementing Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Standing Committee on Plants, Animals, Food and Feed,
