(1) The Czech, Danish, Dutch, French, German, Irish, Polish, Portuguese and Swedish language versions of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2024/13662 contain an error in Article 18(2), point (a)(iii), as regards the cyber threats to be included in the list of supply chain threats. The error affects the substance of that provision.
(2) The Danish, French, German and Irish language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2024/1366 contain an error in Article 18(2) point (a)(iv), as regards the cyber threats to be included in the list of supply chain threats. The error affects the substance of that provision.
(3) The Czech, Danish, Dutch, French, German, Irish, Polish and Portuguese language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2024/1366 contain an error in Article 18(2), point (a)(v), which is similar to the error in Article 18(2) point (a)(iii) and also affects the substance of the provision.
(4) The Czech, Danish, Dutch, French, German, Irish, Polish, Portuguese and Swedish language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2024/1366 should therefore be corrected accordingly. The other language versions are not affected,
